Scholarship detailsThe European Commission will finance about 20 scholarship of
2400 €(Euro) each, corresponding to a stay of 2 weeks duration, for scholars
coming from any third-country. The scholarships are cumulable and the stay can
have a duration between 2 weeks and 3 months,EligibilityThe minimum requirement
for the MEEES programme is a University Degree, preferably in Civil Engineering.
Past professional experience will be valued.Admission ProcedureAdmission to the
course depends on academic qualifications, past professional experience and
English proficiency, all of which should be included in the online submission
procedure How to applyDuring the online application procedure the applicant will
also be asked to indicate the name and email address of three referees. The
online system will automatically contact these referees in order to obtain the
reference letters. The applicant may enter the system at any time to check
