Licensing issues and CAD administration, Training, Migration or upgrade to new
versions, Product Troubleshooting for various customers
Responsible for all phases of customer support from initial order stage to
product installation;
Provide training to the customers on Autodesk products and introduce the latest
technology of product.
Provide after support to the customer with respect to his queries or any
troubleshooting with Autodesk products.
