Job Description
1.Analyze, Reproduce, Debug and Identify the core product issues based on the
details provided by the customer and provide the resolution

2.Work closely with maintenance team (L3) if a code fix is must, release the
same to the customer.

3.To answer technical queries raised by the customers

4.To help customers Implement, configure customize Amdocs products

5.Problem troubleshooting and the providing workarounds for product
defects/limitations.

6.Provide on call support for production critical issues only.

7.Provide dedicated support to specific account/customer for limited duration
during UAT/Production rollout/Upgrade/Migration etc.

8.Gain in depth functional knowledge of a module/product by ...
