Objective of the ProgramObjective of the program has always been to encourage
young talents, groom them according to SPAN culture, working methodology, and to
provide the right opportunity to explore and gain professional experience. This
program enables the candidates to hone their working skills and enter the IT

taking part in SIPWe are looking for graduates - B.E / B.Tech (All Branches) /
M.C.A / M.Sc degree holders 2011 pass-out and preference will be given to those
who have undergone training from the reputed training institutions.. The
duration of this SIP pro gramme will be for three to four months. The entrance
test of 1-hour duration will comprise of General Aptitude: Analytical,
Arithmetic, Verbal & Reasoning.Successful candidates will be called for an
interview before being inducted into SIP 2012 Batch -1.No stipend will be paid
during the Internship period. Employee ReferralsAs an introducer of the
candidate, it is the responsibility of the employee to enter the requested
