It was a busy last week with quiet a few fresher job opportunities and an
wonderful job opportunity for those who were looking for a job in Facebook, well
the later was for those with more than a year of experience. Now, we have come
with yet another bang, this time it was from my very good friend Chinna who has
provided me with this job details. I would like to thank Chinna, through all our
CampusCub users for this information. Just to remind you about the past, We have

Not more than 2 years of gap in graduation or employment.

Candidates should have good communication skills.

3 Simple Steps to Refer your buddy

Step 1: Create buddy's profile

Go to Ultimatix --> WorkForce Management --> Global Recruitment System
--> Referrer Home --> Create Buddy Profile.

*Select BPO option for referring your Buddies for BPO



Step 2: Ask buddy to confirm profile

Your buddy needs to log on to http://www.careers.tcs.com (using the EPIR number
and password mailed to your buddy) and confirm the profile.



Step 3: Ask buddy to upload resume

Post confirmation of profile, your buddy needs to upload the application form
and resume.

into implementation. Though the process of applying or getting applied seems to
be little lengthy, it's worth it. Please read the above instructions very
carefully before you ask your friends to refer you, thus by avoiding thier time
to be wasted.

Step 2 : Once step 1 is done, then ask your friends working with TCS to refer
