Anna Chapman Guilty Plea
Chapman and the other defendants plead guilty to the charges, which were in violation of the Foreign Agent Registration statute. As part of her plea agreement, Chapman reportedly cannot sell her story for profit. Chapman and her co-conspirators were charged with not only spying, but money laundering as well.
Chapman received British citizenship in 2002 after a short marriage to a British businessman.
